Trevor Healy is a Managing Partner at July100.AI. He was previously the Executive Chairman of Nexmo, a leading cloud company (acquired by Vonage), President of Sansa Security in the IOT security space (acquired by ARM), CEO of Amobee Inc. (acquired by Singtel), and the CEO of Jajah (acquired by Telefonica). Prior to that, Trevor was a GM at PayPal Inc. which acquired VeriSign Payment Services, a company where he spearheaded the backbone infrastructure for cloud commerce. Earlier in his career, Trevor also co-founded CelNX (acquired by VeriSign), started the US subsidiary of Trintech Inc. (IPO), and held senior positions at Kindle Banking Systems (Acquired by Misys PLC). Trevor divides his time between Monaco and San Francisco and is a strong champion of the arts, implementing July100's own CSR initiative in the form of Sansa Art.

Sohaila is a Managing Partner at July100.AI and was most recently Managing Director of BMW iVentures Europe. She is a seasoned venture investor, board member, and executive with deep expertise in strategic venture capital, scaling businesses, and corporate governance across transportation, telecommunications, media, and real estate industries.

As an active board member, Sohaila brings a trusted network of industry experts and operators to support execution and growth. She takes a hands-on approach, contributing to strategic direction and long-term value creation. Her experience as both an investor and an operator enables her to add meaningful value at every stage of a company’s journey.

Notable achievements include leading the spin-out and expansion of BMW i Ventures into a global corporate venture fund with $800M AuM, serving on the Supervisory Board of Scout24 SE, and building a pan-African tech organization focused on climate tech entrepreneurship.

Rahul is Managing Partner at July100.AI and was most recently the Managing Partner at G2020 Advisors focused on Technology venture investments in the US and Asia. 

Partner and Director: KBS Asia Partners is the sponsor of Prime US Reit listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange established with the principal investment strategy of investing in Commercial Real Estate assets. The current portfolio comprises 14 office properties in the US, with a total appraised value of $ 1.6 billion and an aggregate NLA of over 4 million sq ft and growing.

Independent Director and Chairman of ARC: Asahi India Glass Limited, the largest integrated glass manufacturer in India .

Rahul has over 35 years of investment banking, capital markets, and investment experience in New York and Singapore with Deutsche Bank , UBS, Dillion Read, Kidder Peabody and Salomon Brothers. He has notable transactional experience in Structured Finance , M&A, IPO’s and private equity and Venture investments. 

Rahul’s global network is extensive, including the founder and C-suite levels of large US Technology and Real Estate platforms, Asian Conglomerates, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Rahul was born in India and is a naturalized American citizen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from SRCC, Delhi University, and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
